Yes, it could be something more drastic, but everything in the announcement resembles previous statements — user content outplays brand content and engaging content outplays everything. All Zuck is saying is brands must be more creative and in tune with their markets to ensure reach — and the subtext to that is that you must spend more money to be heard.
